Das geriatrische Basis-Assessment nach GOÄ abrechnen
Durch die Einführung neuer Ziffern anlässlich der EBM-Reform stellt sich die Frage, ob die neuen geriatrischen Leistungen auch bei Privatpatienten nach GOÄ abgerechnet werden können.
Die EBM-Ziffern 03360 “Geriatrisches Basisassessment” und 03362 “Hausärztlich-geriatrischer Betreuungskomplex” bilden zusammenfassend den erhöhten Aufwand in der Betreuung ab.
Vergleichbare Komplexziffern existieren in der Gebührenordnung für Ärzte (GOÄ) nicht. Hier können die Einzelleistungen abgerechnet werden, die zwar aufwändiger und für Ärzte und MFA ungewohnt ist. Allerdings werden diese auch deutlich besser vergütet.
