I do not believe that there was a second gunman on that grassy knoll in Dallas in 1963; I do not believe that UFOs have been hidden by the US government; I do not believe in Father Christmas nor the Easter Bunny.

I do believe, however, that the medical professions are being misled by Big Pharma to the detriment of society.
