In dieser Woche 152 Patientenkontakte und 10 Terminausfälle.
Sie erreichen mich telefonisch am Montag und am Donnerstag zwischen 14:30 und 15 Uhr. Da ich keine Psychotherapie anbiete und in den nächsten 12-16 Wochen ausgebucht bin, bitte ich von Terminanfragen abzusehen. Vor meinem Urlaub (30.5.-16.6.) ist die Praxis überfüllt, sodass ich von unangemeldeten Besuchen abrate.
Nur wenn Sie in Wuppertal wohnen, können Sie in dringenden Notfällen derzeit noch ohne Terminvereinbarung in die offene Sprechstunde kommen – bei anhaltender Überlastung behalte ich mir aber vor, diesen Service in den nächsten Wochen einzuschränken. Außerdem wurde die Neupatientenregelung zum 1.1.2023 abgeschafft – ich werde aber erst Ende Juli erfahren, was das für mich bedeutet. Möglicherweise muss ich daher mein Angebot im Sommer 2023 ersatzlos streichen.

Eine zentrale Speicherung erhöht die Risiken eines Datenmissbrauchs oder eines unbefugten Datenzugriffs. Ein erfolgreicher Angriff oder eine Fehlbenutzung betreffen in einem zentralen System potenziell schnell alle Daten und können verheerende Folgen haben. Zudem bedeutet eine unnötige Datenzentralisierung immer eine unverhältnismäßige staatliche Machtkonzentration.

Teen suicides plummeted in March 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic began in the U.S. and remained low throughout the summer before rising in Fall 2020 when many K-12 schools returned to in-person instruction. Is Attention Deficit~Hyperactivity Disorder over diagnosed or underdiagnosed? The usual controversy contained the usual stories of how easy it is to get a diagnosis of ADHD in some places. In other places there are people disabled by the condition who cannot get adequate treatment.

The paper gives a complete overview of what is known about therapies for depression. Several different types of therapy are effective. Therapy can be effectively be delivered in different formats. Therapy is as effective as drugs at the short, but more effective at the long term. Combined treatment is better than drugs or psychotherapy alone.
